Predoctoral Researcher at CIEMAT (2021 - 2025)
I carried my research work with a predoctoral grant from the Ministry of Science and Innovation (FPI 2020) in the Neutrino Research Group. As a remarkable part, I did a research collaboration stay at CERN (Geneva, Switzerland), from April to June 2024. Commissioning of one of the DUNE detector prototypes (ProtoDUNE-HD) on the Neutrino Platform. Data was collected from May to September 2024. The experience gained at CIEMAT was very useful for the commissioning of the detector at CERN. I participated and monitored the correct operation of the photodetection system, as well as the analysis of the collected data. Work was coordinated and during data collection, in addition to the shifts for data collection, I was responsible for coordinating the photo-detection system for possible problems that could arise when other colleagues were collecting the data.
